Medical assistance to foreign citizens is provided in the State Medical Service of the State Ministry of Foreign Affairs No. 52 in accordance with the Decision of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 186 of 06.03 .2016 "On Approval of the Rules for the Provision of Medical Care to Foreign Citizens in the Territory of the Russian Federation":

- Foreign citizens who are insured persons in accordance with the Federal Law "On Compulsory Medical Insurance in the Russian Federation" have the right to free medical care within the framework of compulsory medical insurance;
- Medical assistance to foreign citizens is provided in accordance with contracts on the provision of paid medical services or voluntary medical insurance contracts.

Foreign citizens can also conclude a contract for the provision of paid medical services remotely.
To do this, you must:
- Preliminary agreement on all requirements for the volume and terms of service provision by telephone of the paid services department;

- Pay for the service and send a scan or photo of the payment document and the signed contract to the e-mail polyclinic;
- Use the service to the extent and during the time agreed by the parties.

*The polyclinic provides for familiarization at the request of the consumer and/or the customer:
a) the copy of the constituent document of the medical organization - the legal entity, the provision on its branch (the office, other territorially isolated structural division) participating in providing paid medical services or the copy of the certificate on the state registration of the natural person as individual businessman;
B) a copy of the license to carry out medical activities with the annex of the list of works (services) constituting the medical activity of the medical organization in accordance with the license.
